Commissioning a portrait is an intimate collaboration. Each work is created slowly, with attention to the horses unique personality and quirks.

I like to work from life and my own photographs, which gives me an opportunity to get to know the horse’s character before I paint them, which is important to me.

I have very few space open annually, so please email me if you are interested. Each large scale portrait takes several months.
